DUETTI FORMER 20H + PACKER 10 + CHMSS Cardboard Packer (2018)

Overview

This DUETTI case packing group combines a case erector, a case packer and a top-loading case sealer for American-style cases, built by Duetti Packaging (Galliera Veneta, Italy) in 2018 and commissioned at the end of 2018. It packs bottles in 12 x 33 cl and 6 x 75 cl formats at approx. 6,000 bottles/h (33 cl) or approx. 3,000 bottles/h (75 cl), around 10 cases/min. The group is still installed and under power at a brewery in France and can be visited in production on request.

Equipment

• FORMER 20H case erector: carton magazine, vacuum gripper, bottom folding and gluing with 4 nozzles, pressure cylinder and pad, 90° discharge towards the packing section
• PACKER 10 case packer: 4-lane bottle distributor, batch formation via sensors, gripper head with inflatable tulip grippers, Cartesian-type movements
• CHMSS top-loading case sealer: 4 glue nozzles and pressure rollers
• Meler Micron 5 hot-melt unit
• Case transport through former and sealer via rough-surfaced side belts (no push bars); conveyor in the filling section
• Inclined transfer belt between filling and sealing, convertible to horizontal by removing the sealer foot extensions
• Technical documentation (operating manuals, electrical schematics) and CE declarations of conformity

Condition

Used - in production: the group is still installed and under power and can be visited in operation on request.

Availability

From February 2027 - the line remains in production until the end of January 2027 and is dismantled thereafter. Location: France.
