Overview

This meat grinder for fresh and frozen meat, type: VDW S 2000 was built in 2017 in Germany. It is a demo-machine with less working hours (500 hours). The machine is equipped with column loader for 200l trolleys.

• Extendable step with protection for better access to the loading hopper,
• Automatic regulation of rotational speed for the feeding screw and working screw depending on the torque.
• Electric cabinet integrated with the machine with internal ventilation reducing the risk of condensation.
• Operator panel with touch panel (start/stop, emergency stop) for easy operation.
• Throat cover with safety sensor and lock.
