Overview

This 10 HL brewhouse was designed and laid out by the owner/ brewer himself and built in 2022 by the Chinese manufacturer Jinan Honglin Beer Equipment. The equipment is available because the owner can no longer continue to use his previous production hall. The equipment is still assembled and can be inspected in person at any time. We can also provide support with commissioning.

• Malt processing and feed to the brewhouse
• Steam generator, 100kg/h
• 3-vessel brewhouse
  • Remote access via app: automatic temperature control and mashing program
  • Redundant glycol cooling, one unit ready for operation, one unit completely new (still needs to be filled with refrigerant)
