Ningbo Cixi AXW20-4Q, ABB IRB 460 Line for Cans (2025)

Overview

New complete filling and packaging line for beer and carbonated soft drinks in aluminium cans, with an output of 6,000 cans/h at 500 ml and 8,000 cans/h at 330 ml. The line runs from the depalletizer through can rinsing, filling and seaming, tunnel pasteurization, inspection and drying to sleeve labelling, tray shrink wrapping, ABB robot palletizing and pallet stretch wrapping. Two-floor layout: depalletizing on the upper floor, a clamping conveyor lowers the cans to the ground floor for all following machines. All machines are built by Ningbo Cixi except the ABB robot.
