SIDEL SBO 20 Universal Combi Blowmoulder, filler, capper combiblock (2005)

Overview

This SIDEL SBO 20 Universal Combi blows, fills and caps PET bottles in one integrated block. The system was manufactured in 2005 and started production in 2006. It is designed for sparkling mineral water and flavoured sparkling mineral water with high CO2 content in 1.0 l, 1.25 l and 1.5 l PET bottles.

A HEUFT Spectrum TX 180 fill-level and cap-presence inspector and a single-lane bottle conveyor complete the scope. The machines are still installed and under power and can be inspected by appointment.

Condition

Good working condition, still installed and under power. Preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out annually by the in-house maintenance team and, where required, by SIDEL. Driving panels and computer, the electrical and mechanical drawings, service and maintenance manuals and the spare parts books are part of the supply. The equipment is sold as it stands and is to be dismantled.

Availability

In production until 27 November 2026. Dismantling is planned for week 49/2026, craning out and loading from the beginning of December 2026.
