Overview

This blowmoulder, filler and capper combiblock was manufactured by ACMI (Italy). The machine can be operated fully floor level and is a very good solution offering the advantage of a dual-cavity design (one mold = two bottles up to 70mm diameter) achieving an up to 17% reduced footprint vs equivalent output from traditional single-cavity equipment, improving production line accessibility. The increased output on smaller formats allows better utilisation of downstream equipment in the production line, resulting in improved ROI of total investment (100% additional output on smaller formats with less than 36% additional CAPEX).
The BLO2FILL ESF 12/120/20 is designed for the production of PET bottles and subsequent filling and capping in a single integrated system. The machine is suitable for carbonated water, still water and carbonated soft drinks.
