COMAC / TMG / DIMAC Can Filler 16-4, Star One Line for Cans (2007)

Overview

This complete can filling line was manufactured mainly in 2007 and is designed for the filling of beer, carbonated soft drinks and other carbonated beverages in aluminium cans. The line has a capacity of approx. 6,000 cans per hour and is suitable for several can formats, including 250 ml slim, 330 ml sleek, 330 ml standard and 500 ml standard cans. The line includes depalletizing, carbonation, filling and seaming, tunnel pasteurization, tray packing / shrink wrapping, conveyors and control system. The equipment is still installed, currently out of production and available for inspection in Northern Europe. The layout shows a compact line arrangement with depalletizer, filler / seamer, tunnel pasteurizer and downstream packaging area.
