KHS, Krones, AF, Twin-Pack, Logopak Line for Non-Returnable PET Bottles (2000)

Overview

This complete PET bottling line for CSDs, mineral water and other beverages dates mainly from the year 2000, with the exception of the blow molder (KHS, 2016) and some additional conveyor units.

Depending on the bottle size, the line achieves an output of up to 22,000 bottles per hour and processes non-returnable PET bottles with a PCO 1810 neck finish. The bottles are packed in 6-packs on Euro pallets (120x80 cm) or DÜDO pallets (80x60 cm).

The filler was originally designed as an aseptic filler, but is currently operated as a standard filler.

The line is still in production in Germany until October 2025 and can be viewed there under real conditions.
