KOSME Krones, KHS Line for Non-Returnable Glass Bottles (2013)

Overview

Complete filling line for non-returnable glass bottles with an output of approx. 16,000 bottles/h at 0.75 L and approx. 20,000 bottles/h at 0.33 L. The heart of the line is a KOSME BARIFILL RFC 50-60-10 VKP rinser-filler-capper block built in 2013. New glass is fed by a Krones sweep-off depalletizer from 2020; downstream, the line comprises Krones CHECKMAT cap control, a KHS INNOKET cold-glue labelling machine with camera-based label orientation, a Krones WRAPAPAC wrap-around packer and a GEA Procomac OPERA palletizing system with Robopac stretch wrapper and Logopack pallet labelling. An attractive mid-range line for water, soft drinks, beer, cider and other glass-bottle applications.

Condition

Used. The core of the line is installed in an industrial production environment and still under power; the rinser-filler-capper block underwent extensive maintenance in Q4/2025 and can be visited and inspected in operation on request. The labelling machine was in production until January 2025, was overhauled in 2019 and is currently in storage. The line is composed of components from several production sites.
