Newlands Systems Turnkey Brewery 35 hl Brewhouse (2011)

Overview

Complete turnkey craft brewery built around a 4-vessel Newlands Systems (NSI) brewhouse with a 35 hl brew length, delivered from Canada and installed in 2011-2013. The plant covers the full process chain: malt intake and milling, brewhouse, fermentation and maturation, yeast handling, CIP, steam and glycol cooling.

Fermentation capacity is 9 x 70 hl cylindroconical fermenters plus 2 x 70 hl pressure-rated bright beer tanks. The brewhouse runs on a Siemens Braumat control system. The brewery is still installed and under power and can be visited in operation.
