PROMAC, SIPA, AROL, SMI Line for Non-Returnable PET bottles (2009)

Overview

This PET bottling line consists mainly of equipment from GEA Procomac, complemented by machines from Arol, VBC, SMI, TwinPak, Robopac, SIPA, Logopak, Domino, Ventilo and PE Labellers. The line was mainly manufactured in 2009, with several later additions and upgrades between 2013 and 2022, including the pallet wrapper, labelling machine, Domino laser coding system and extraction unit. The line is suitable for beverage production in PET bottles and includes the key process steps from air conveying, rinsing, filling and closing to nitrogen dosing, tray-shrink packing, handle application, palletizing, pallet wrapping, pallet labelling, sleeve labelling, coding and extraction.
