Speidel Braumeister 200 L Brewhouse (2016)

Overview

This Speidel Braumeister 200 L is a compact all-in-one brewhouse: mashing, lautering and wort boiling take place in a single vessel. The unit was bought new from Speidel in 2016 and has been used exclusively for craft ales (top fermentation), with about 280 brews. It was in production until August 2026 and is now dismantled and stored in a climate-controlled warehouse.

The malt pipe sits inside the kettle; the recirculation pump drives the wort through the grain bed, and the integrated lifting device raises the malt pipe for lautering. The automatic controller runs the brewing programme.

Condition

Used, in excellent condition: no known faults, leaks or pending repairs. Pumps, heating elements, seals and controller are original. Maintained quarterly according to the manual; routine cleaning with warm water and alkaline detergent, with caustic soda and nitric acid every five brews. The unit sits on its own frame and can be loaded without a pallet. A second, identical unit is available as a separate offer.
