FAMIX Premix 20000TD Mixer (2000)

Overview

This FAMIX-Falterbaum 20000TD premix system, manufactured in 2000, is a fully automatic beverage mixing and carbonation system designed for continuous dosing, mixing, deaeration and carbonation of beverage components before filling. The system is suitable for the production of mixed and carbonated beverages using components such as water, syrup and CO₂. It is built as a compact stainless steel skid with integrated tanks, pumps, valves, piping, instrumentation and control cabinet. The premix unit has a capacity of approx. 22,000 l/h and includes two vertical stainless steel pressure vessels, which can be used for product deaeration, buffering and carbonation. The liquid flow is controlled via automated pneumatic valves and a manual stainless steel pipe connection panel, allowing flexible routing for production and CIP operation. The machine is operated via an integrated FAMIX control cabinet mounted directly on the skid. Inline measuring technology is installed in the stainless steel piping for process monitoring, such as Brix, flow or density control. The system is suitable for beverage producers requiring precise continuous beverage preparation ahead of the filling process.
