Overview

This KHS Innopro warmer-cooler is a skid-mounted thermoregulator for wine, built in 2006 by KHS AG in Dortmund, Germany. It brings wine to a set temperature, heating or cooling as required, at up to 9,900 l/h (99 hl/h), designed for an outlet temperature of 18 °C. The core is a three-section Thermowave plate heat exchanger; stainless steel piping, pumps, pneumatically operated valves and instrumentation are mounted on one frame and run from a freestanding KHS stainless steel control cabinet with touch panel. The unit was last used in a wine bottling line.
