GAI MLE 661 Isobarometric Filler (2016)

Overview

This GAI MLE 661 BIER is an isobarometric rinsing, filling and crown-capping monoblock for glass bottles, built in 2016 by GAI Macchine Imbottigliatrici S.p.A. (Ceresole d'Alba, Italy) and put into production in 2018.

The block combines rinsing, isobaric filling over 6 filling valves and crown capping in a single frame. It is set up for craft beer in 0.33 L, 0.5 L and 0.75 L glass bottles with crown caps in 26 mm and 29 mm. Cycle times, line speed and production counters are managed from the machine's touch panel. The machine is still installed and under power.
