OVERVIEW

Complete isobaric glass bottling and linear pressure-sensitive labelling line, capable of outputs up to 4,000 bottles per hour (bph). The line is specialized for carbonated beverages into 0.33 L long-neck glass bottles. The heart of the line (Schilpp filler) underwent a comprehensive engineering overhaul and complete reconditioning in 2019 by master specialist Petr Markl, updating its core mechanics, feed systems, and electronics to meet modern production safety standards. The line is paired with a modern 2019 Enos labelling machine. Due to a sudden company closure, this line is now available immediately in an immaculate, turnkey operational state.

Reconditioning Details & Recent Upgrades (Markl 2019)

During the 2019 general overhaul by Petr Markl, the filler was stripped down and updated with the following technical enhancements:

• Product Handling: Custom nylon stars and guide blocks designed specifically for smooth 0.33 L long-neck bottle transport.

• Filling Valves: Complete mechanical refurbishment and formatting of the 20 valves for precise 33cl dosing.

• Automation Upgrades: High-speed electronic sensor/counter for accurate crown cap distribution control and dedicated rinse pump switch integration.

• Safety Features: New clear front safety doors fitted with an active electromechanical "Open Door" emergency stop interlock system.

• Mechanical Drive: Complete replacement of main drive transport chains and motor for seamless line speed synchronization.
