Eticap System AR/M 5T 4S CA Self Adhesive Labeler (2006)

Overview

This Eticap System AR/M 5T 4S CA is an automatic rotary labeling machine for self-adhesive labels on cylindrical bottles, built in 2006 by the Italian manufacturer Eticap System. It has been used for wine bottling and is fitted with four labeling heads for front label, back label, tax strip stamp and neck label.

The bottles enter on the conveyor, are spaced by an infeed screw, transferred by starwheels onto the rotating bottle plates of the carousel and labeled in sequence by the heads. The label size is adjustable to the format. The neck label head was never used in production.
